WFO is successful because of the strength and depth of its partnerships. These partnerships inform everything we do - our partners refer clients to us; leverage resources; expand our reach throughout the community; and they help us promote long-lasting change in the lives of our clients.
Since 1995, WFO has partnered with over 150 leading community organizations and leading businesses. Our partnership model enables WFO to leverage resources and promote long-standing change for our clients by supporting and working with our partners throughout the community, working together to inspire individuals from all backgrounds to “Find a Job, Keep a Job and Build a Career.”
WFO is honored to partner with leading businesses across the Bay Area. These companies financially support our programs, raise awareness, volunteer, interview clients and share information about WFO’s career development programs with their entry-level employees.
